Bill Thomas has been the bookkeeper for Dr. Celmer since 2002.  He is retired from more than thirty years in sales and sales management, primarily in the paper, packaging and sanitary maintenance industry as well as development ventures in school fund raising and telecommunications.


Nita Escudero-Hotard is the youngest child of a military family that settled in San Antonio.  She married into another military family and her husband served in the Army for 11 years.  Together the happy couple decided to settle in San Antonio to raise their 5 children, surrounded by family and friends and wonderful weather.  During the transient military years, Nita spent countless hours as a Red Cross Volunteer and was a content stay-at-home mom until the youngest child was old enough to attend Mother’s Day Out.  She then began working as the part-time Office Administrator for The Children’s Chorus of San Antonio, and has continued in this position for 17 years.  Nita has known Dr. Celmer for many years and joined her staff as office secretary in August 2011.


Christy Rosenfeld worked in the non-profit field before she decided to join the U.S. Peace Corps and served in the Republic of South Africa for 2 years.  While there Christy worked as a strategy consultant with a local non-government organization (NGO) that focused on caring for orphans and vulnerable children.  She loved the country and decided to stay for another 2 years consulting for various non-profits, eventually moving north to Zimbabwe with her husband.  In 2011, Christy moved back to the states and started working with Dr. Celmer and consulting for various other companies.  Christy earned an International MBA from University of Denver while remotely managing Dr. Celmer's website and online presence as the Marketing Specialist. In July of 2015, Christy was hired as a Health & Wellness Program Manager for H-E-B, however still devotes time to working with Dr. Celmer.
